Before your first cut hits the grill, six house-made banchan arrive — kimchi, pickled radish, seasoned spinach, bean sprouts, potato salad, seaweed. All of it refilled for free, as many times as you want.
Every table has its own charcoal grill set directly into the surface. Our staff manages the fire, times every cut, and grills for you if you want — or steps back and lets you take the tongs.
